spent the day in the city chillin with my cousin kevin. it was a beautiful spring day so we walked the liffey and went the the national history museum and went to an exhibition commemorating the 90th anniversary of the easter rising in dublin and the resulting civil war and rebellion against england for home rule. it was an interesting, well layed out exhibit. i have read a few books on the subject so alot of it was clarification.

i'm trying to solidify my post season plans still. i'm heading down to carrick tommorow where my pops grew up and where my uncle paddy currently lives. i haven't been there since 1996. i'm looking forward to it. friday and saturday nights are gonna be booze sessions back up in dublin and saying goodbyes before i fly out to london on sunday. from there i'm planning on a few days in birmingham, a trip to paris and to see versailles and louis XIV's legacy...beyond that i don't know.
