exhibitionist

we had our first exhibition game in arhus, the second biggest city in denmark. it was about 2 hrs from where we were(directly west of randers on the sea). we only travelled with 8 guys for some reason. five minutes in one dude out with foot injury, second quarter i get kicked right in the spot where i broke my leg while fighting for a loose ball... stinger. then third quarter our pg pulls groin, and is out. we end up playing most of the game with 6 dudes..... i played way more minutes than i wanted to(trying to ease back in with this injury). we took the loss but it was good because they exposed our weakness's right away, so practice will be alot more practical. the team we played was alot more organized than we were while we were trying to integrate 3 new starters and a new offense. we had like at least 20 turnovers.... our guards got way to jumpy and we had problems initializing the offense. our defense in the half court set was nice though.... in transition .... not so much. i played alright, had some turnovers, scored 16 even though we only had 53 the whole game.... it was like a wnba score. hit my first shot, a three off a double screen down low.... felt good. gotta get my wind back while resting this foot somehow. the rest of my lower extremeties ache too. i hate the first few games playing with dudes you don't know... it always takes so long to know what they can and can't do with a level of confidence. we are hosting a four team tourney on sunday, so another chance to gell a bit more before we head to play zeee germans

nice sunsets out here because the wind blows the clouds through so quickly


its weird out here after the sunset, the streets get overrun with frogs, you gotta watch where you step or it turns into chinese delicacy on your sole. these little fools are everywhere. its plaguesque, something for these lutherans to perhaps be wary of. my joke of telling michelle to keep kissing them till she finds a prince is starting to wear thin
