after the win on saturday we were pretty hyped. i took a little video after the game finished. corrie likens my cameraman skills to a 9/11 video. clapping and filming maybe not so good together.


had some people over for drinks. soren had us mesmerized by his obsession with this clip


went for a few beers out. and by a few i mean alot. hair of the dog is the only thing keeping these fingers moving on this keyboard

they have this tradition here where they all head out and booze the first friday of november, when the breweries release their christmas beer. they call it "the first snowfall". i guess they used to have it on thursday but too many students and people were missing school and work the next day so they pushed it back. the bartenders dressed up and decorated the joint

it was fight night for denmark. their best boxer, mikkel kessler was fighting joe calzaghe for the super middleweight belt. they both had titles so it was for unification i think. the fight was in wales and it didn't come on till 2 am so as to cater to the american audience on hbo. so it was perfect for the late starting danes. we packed into this pub to check it out.

i couldn't understand the commentary so it was nice to watch a close fight and not get skewed by the announcers. i thought it was pretty even, it went to decision and kessler lost, but i had him ahead. and thats why boxing is lame

this motley crew of danish old schoolers had the idea at fight night, bringing their own beer... i was like what duh!!
